Returns

Unfortunately, personalised items cannot be returned unless there’s a manufacturing defect or error in the engraving or design. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at engraveandembrace510@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please contact our customer service team at engraveandembrace510@gmail.com to initiate a return.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and it’s inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method, typically within 7-10 business days.

Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
